Private, semi-private and small group classes (4-6 students) are available on our Balanced Body equipment. Each workout is unique to the client(s) in attendance and incorporates the use of the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel.
We offer a variety of classes each week, ranging from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced, including a circuit-style cardio based program for our advanced students, an introductory program for teens (ages 13-18), and a mens’ only endurance core strengthening class. Props and modifications are incorporated into every workout.
Sun Pilates Mat Pilates Classes offer an innovative, dynamic and challenging workout. Props are utilized throughout and offer variations to increase the level of difficulty and/or modify specific contraindications to meet the needs of each individual.
Hike-ilates incorporates the core principals of The Pilates Method into a beloved Colorado pastime. Individual gait patterns are assessed and corrected, and proper gait and functional alignment are stressed throughout the session. Light resistance training and stretching is integrated, as well. The session culminates in a five-minute guided meditation.
Body Barre brings together the disciplines and principles of ballet and Pilates into one 60-minute, low-impact class. The class is designed to target and tighten women’s problem areas like the seat, abdominals, hips, thighs and arms through isometric exercises, while strengthening and lengthening those muscles to build better body alignment and posture, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. The class consists of a variety of exercises through ballet barre technique and Pilates mat work that will tone and reshape the body. No ballet experience necessary!
Ballet slippers, tread socks or bare feet are recommended.
Vinyasa Yoga Gentle Flow
Vinyasa literally means “breath synchronized movement”. This class will take you through a series of postures using the power of the inhale and the exhale of the breath to flow from one posture to the next in a dance-like movement.
*All classes are 55 minutes in duration. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome.
